Quince Street Strategy is led by Principal Tripp Hornick.
At Quince Street, Tripp has developed the business model to deliver success to clients at the advisory nexus of strategy, operational implementation, FP&A, and innovative financing utilizing government grants/incentives.
In 2025, he led Quince Street to a record year with Quince Street Strategy clients securing over $1.2 Billion in United States Government funding and letters of intent to fund.
He has held key leadership roles at companies in the manufacturing, fintech and media verticals in stages ranging from pre-revenue to more than $250mm at retail value.
A cross-functional executive with deep expertise in global operations, senior P&L management, technology implementation, and business development, Tripp specializes in turning strategy into actionable items, breaking down siloes to drive value through implementation.
Tripp has served as an officer on numerous corporate and non-profit boards with his expertise in corporate governance and holds a Master of Studies of Law from Fordham Law with a focus on compliance and ethics.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and recipient of its Young Alumni Award, Tripp has been a speaker at US Department of Commerce SelectUSA Investment Summits, advised Commerce at the request of multiple administrations, and briefed the United States Trade Representative.
In his “spare time” Tripp is Principal of Quince Street Productions, where he leads the firm’s focus on producing live theater and streaming media.
